3. Restocking Fees: A restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers will receive a refund of their purchase amount minus the original shipping cost of €5.95.

4. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Requesting a Return or Exchange: Customers can request a return or exchange via email or chat. A return/exchange form will be sent via email.

6. Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping: We process and ship orders within three business days. Delivery is expected within one business day after shipping.

• Express Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered the next business day.
